At The SAND Project we support young people with life and learning challenges towards work and independence ; building confidence, self esteem and skills to enable them to have the best possible opportunity to find paid employment.
How we do it
We know that some of our trainees will take longer to build that confidence and self belief, so we are busy creating our own businesses to employ them until they are ready to find their own way.
